Crazy, memorable and most of all, just plain fun. That’s what The Stampede will bring to Louisville, KY. From young to old, participants from throughout the region will converge for this inaugural event of The Stampede series. The Stampede is a cross between a 5k road race, military style obstacle course, cross country race and mud run. All that equals is good ol’ down and dirty fun.
How do you Stampede? Why do you Stampede? Who cares! The Stampede is a mud run challenge. It is for everyone out there, to those who want to push themselves or for those who are just out for a fun afternoon crawlin’ thru the mud. Man,woman, young or old…The Stampede is all about how you run the course. It is not about who is next to you, or in front of you, or who you left in your rear view mirror. It can be whatever you want it to be.
Want to register for the inaugural Stampede mud run? We hope so. We are NOW taking registrations for the inaugural running of The Stampede. Call up your friends, family, co-workers, cousins, nieces, nephews, ex-boyfriends, ex-girlfriends and tell them how you’re going to kick their butt. Trash talking is heavily encouraged. Stir up those competitive juices! And if you just have an affinity for mud.. well, we’ll have plenty.
